Trimmings with a twist, YUMI Aqua, bed linen
YUMI white bed linen, and its handmade trimmings with a twist, is made of high quality white combed cotton. Sets have refined and minimal hand embroidery and closures on the bottom edge of 100% cotton duvet cover and pillow cases. Trimming replace the drawstrings closures.
“How not to be interested in trimmings when you live in Morocco. For the Aya style I got inspiration from the traditional djellaba thread buttons. With the Yumi white bedding collection the idea is a less labor-intensive style. Pompoms and twisted yarns are part of my work, here I mix both. I like simplicity and refinement, Yumi bedlinen is an other interpretation of this.”
