White cotton pillowcases and duvet covers YUMI, embroidered by hand with snails made of twisted yarns which are prolonged by cords, whose end is a Fog pompom. The finish of this high quality bed linen set becomes a closure. The Yumi Fog bed linen is made of combed and mercerised cotton and is produced entirely by hand in our workshop in Marrakech.
“Pompons and twisted yarns are part of the moroccan culture. They adorn traditional garments. They are handmade in an endless repertoire of colors, sizes and styles. The Yumi bedding collection is my personal interpretation of that craft. Tassels and trimmings are part of my collection, for Yumi premium bedding I make a combination of both. This design is born somewhere between 2003 and 2004. I look back and I feel satisfied to design products that cross time. Timelessness and quality are a must when “slowing down” becomes a necessity.
