Nil, black and white trimmings
Nil linen placemat and napkins are rimmed with black and white twisted yarn on the 4 sides. A trimming ball, made by hand, is hand stitched in each corner.

It is also possible to custom order NIL tablecloths in the size of your choice. This is the beauty of our collection. Everything becomes possible provided you are patient. The artisans, who have worked with us for many years, do meticulous work that takes time.
For the making of the Nil trimmings several components are needed. The thread balls are made of thread by women who work at home. The twisted yarn that lines the products is made in our workshop. Once we have the 2 components the twisted yarn is sewn around the pieces. The buttons are applied last.
